Kindly find the below Grafana url to monitor the MO/DLR handover logs.
1. Configure the Esmeaddr+mobile in the table configdb.L1_handover_log_config for MO/DLR handover.
2. Login to the Grafana and click on explore
3. In the label filter you can select based on the listed options and the corresponding value for that selected filter and give run query based on the selected time duration.
