The purpose of this guide is to describe the functionalities of the reports section in Karix
lounge. This guide will explain the step by step procedures to access the reports.
REPORTS
This section enables the user to view the detailed MIS reports, track individual and
consolidated campaigns and analyse the traffic progress.
LOGIN PAGE
Karix makes it simpler to access the lounge, the one stop solution to access the services which
all you subscribed to Karix.
To access the Karix Lounge, use the URL which was mentioned below.
https://www.karix.solutions/lounge/sign_in.php
You will be landed to the sign in page of the Karix lounge.
Enter your login credentials and click “Sign In” button.
Post successful login, you will be redirected to the home page of Karix Lounge.
All the services which are offered by Karix will be displayed in the home page of Karix Lounge
LOUNGE PAGE - REPORTS
Under the “Reports” section, Click “View Reports” button.
Click “SMS Reports” button.
You will be redirected to the “SMS Reports” page as shown in the screenshot below.
Usage
Under “Outgoing SMS Report” section, click on “Usage” tab which is at the left navigation
pane.
Individual Reports
Click “Individual Reports”.
Select the user for which you want to have access to the information. Enter the user name in
the field provided or click “View Users” button; a list of users for that account will be displayed;
click on the appropriate user name.
In this case xxxxxxxxxx is a Super Admin account, which has the authority to assign rights to
the Admin and the User accounts under it. Hence, it can have access to activities of all the
admins and users under it. If a User is accessing this account, he will not have the rights to
have access to Admin or Super Admin activities.
To view the report for any specific predefined time interval, click on “Today” drop-down list.
Select the appropriate predefined time interval from the list.
For customised date range, click “Customised” option; select the date range from the date
picker.
Note: For Customised date range, please select a date within 35 days from start date.
Click “Go” button.
A Graphical output of Usage for the given input will be displayed.
This super interactive graphical user interface will let you view the coordinates of your usage
just by moving your cursor on the graph. In addition, by a click on the individual bar/line in the
graph you can have summary of information of that particular bar/line as well.
To export this graph to raster or vector image, click download button.
To download the overall usage counts, click button under the “Overall Usage”
section.
To view the summary counts of the usage, click on “Click to view the summary” link as
shown in the screenshot below.
The summary of the usage will be displayed as shown in the screenshot below.
Click “Get Counts” button to download the summary counts to your local device.
DOWNLOADS
12.1 Asynchronous Download
Click on “Downloads” tab under the left navigation pane of the “Outgoing SMS Report”
section.
Select the user for which you want to access the information. Enter the username in the field
provided or click “View Users” button; a list of users for that account will be displayed; click
on the appropriate username.
To view the report for any specific predefined time interval, select the appropriate time
interval from the drop-down list.
Click on the Get Logs button, to get logs for the selected User and for selected
time interval.
