The purpose of this guide is to give a quick overview of the Karix DLT configuration workflow and provide a brief description about Register Entity ID, Sender ID & Template ID to Karix customers. Karix DLT enabled customers can register individual or bulk through this module. DLT Configuration module is available only for the DLT enabled accounts under Lounge page.
Karix makes it simpler to access the lounge, the one stop solution to access the services which all you subscribed to Karix.
Karix has introduced new module known as ‘DLT Configurations’. This DLT Configuration module keeps records of all the DLT registration details such as Entity ID, Sender IDs, and Template IDs information.
DLT CONFIGURATION MODULE WORKFLOW
Using this module enterprise can configure and manage their registered Entity ID, Sender IDs & Template IDs on their own.
This module will have 2 tabs
- Sender ID Configuration
- Template ID Configuration
Sender ID Configuration
Using this tab, customer can manage Entity ID & Sender ID’s & Sender Explanation details in this.
There will be a listing page, where customer can view all his configured Entity IDs & Sender IDs here.
There will be a count to show number of Sender IDs are configured along with Search option. Customer can search based on Sender ID & Entity ID.
Create New Button: - Using this, customers can type Entity ID manually and upload csv formatted file downloaded from DLT portal.
GUI will internally check the Status column and consider STATUS as ‘Approved’ data and show the record counts and upload the data into system.
Please note, GUI will override existing sender ids data with new data uploaded through file.
Template ID Configuration
(THIS TAB WILL BE SHOWN DLT & DLT TEMPLATE CHECK ENABLED ACCOUNTS)
Using this tab, customer can manage
- Entity ID
- Sender IDs
- Template ID
- Template Content
There will be a listing page, where customer can view all his configured details along with Created / Modified date / time.
There will be a count to show number of Templates are configured along with Search option. Customer can search based on Sender ID, Entity ID and Template ID.
Create New Button: - Using this, customers can select Entity ID from the dropdown and upload csv formatted Template file downloaded from DLT portal.

it here.
