For URL Shortening API, Karix facilitates the users to view the reports via UI (lounge). Under the lounge, In ‘Reports Infographs’page, you can enter the name of the user by clicking on the “All User” button, campaign name by clicking on the “All Campaigns” button and the date range for which you need to view the reports.

Click Infographs
This section gives the various Infographs pertaining to the URL clicks done by the SMS recipients. Below are the different graphs provided under this section.
Hour-wise Trend: This gives an hourly trend of the clicks count on that specific day. Through this you can understand the time of the day that has recorded the maximum URL clicks from recipients.
Day-wise Trend: This gives a daily trend of the clicks count. Through this you can understand the day that has recorded the maximum URL clicks from recipients.
Clicks Comparison Chart: This gives the total clicks, unique clicks and returning clicks on the URL. A click is considered a ‘Returning click’ if the URL has been clicked more than once from the same device.
User Comparison Chart: This gives the total clicks per user, number and percentage of unique users, number and percentage of returning users and the average visits per user.
Returning Visitors: This records the total number of times the URL has been clicked by a user and lists the counts of users who have clicked on the URL once, twice, thrice etc.
This can potentially reflect the interest shown by the recipient on the URL content.
Device Infographs
This section gives the various Infographs pertaining to the device details of the SMS recipients, who have clicked on the URL. The device details that are available are – OS details, Browser details and Rendering engine details.
Geographic Infographs
This section gives the total, unique and returning clicks categorized based on the different geographical locations. Geographical Infographs have been further classified into Countries, Cities and Regions.
