Required Environment
In order to use the SMTP Service, you will need to have an SMTP client with internet connectivity and should be:
able to telnet to the required domain and port shared by Karix. This connectivity may be direct to the internet,
or may be via a firewall or proxy server.
Getting Started
To consume email service from Karix from Karix and to send email’s using Karix’s SMTP server, the customer should
Have an account with Karix with privileges to use Karix’s email service
Configure the From name and From domain on Karix’s authentication system
Get the SPF & DKIM settings from Karix for the From email address declared
Configure the SPF & DKIM settings on the DNS server at the customers end
Karix SMTP Server
The domain to be used to connect to Karix’s SMTP server is,
Domain: smtp.instaalerts.zone
The port to be used to connect to Karix’s SMTP server is,
Port: 25
Transmitting your emails
Once connected to Karix 's SMTP server, customers will have to send an authentication request sharing the username and password. Once the authentication request is accepted customers can start pushing the emails.

HTML
Plain Text & HTML
Emails with attachment
