OPEN TEMPLATE DEFINITION
Karix’s Voice UI platform offers option to its customers to upload audio clips they want to communicate to their end users.
While executing campaigns customer can choose Open Templates (OneClip Campaign or OneClip_Keypress) and upload audio and broadcast the outbound campaigns.
DEACTIVATING OPEN TEMPLATE
In below screenshot section marked in red would be disabled.
Customer needs to send audio clips to provisioning@karix.com with account details to cross verify whether audio is promotional or transactional. In audio clip is transactional same will be uploaded from backend and template details would be shared to execute the campaigns. Promotional clip will be disapproved as it cannot be processed via Transactional account.
